This is not true, staging a home that is listed on the market will do two things for the homeowner 1) Bring in Top Dollar for the property and 2) will sell faster than a home that has not been staged, regardless of the size.
East Coast Staging & Redesign will provide you with a in-home consultation. This written consultation will provide you a full description of the exterior / interior of the property. A list of recommendations will be noted for each room in your property. After the consultation is complete, they will sit down with the homeowner and go over an action plan. If you would prefer to work on your action plan yourself, or use East Cost Staging is totally up to you. Our main focus and goal is prepare your home for the "Broadest Range of Buyers"!
Is it expensive? In most cases, it is cheaper to professionally stage your home than it is to decrease the listing price once!
Staging use to be a "nice to have"... it is now a "Must Have" to receive the great rewards of selling your property faster and for top dollar!
